My name is Aishatu (Waheedah), and I love cooking. Be it my native dishes or other cultures cuisines. I cook when I’m happy or sad or disappointed or bored, especially bored, let’s just say cooking is my love language to myself and I love it so much.
I always helped my mom cook for as long as I can remember, be it with cracking or beating eggs, blending veggies or fruits, peeling potatoes, you just name it. I started cooking whole meals when I was seven (with my Mom’s supervision ofcourse), and I’ve messed up so many times, well who didn’t? But over the years, I’ve learned, relearned and perfected my own version of recipes that I’ll be sharing with you in this blog.
They’d be old-fashioned and modern cooking tips and techniques, recipes and how to not mess them up, a bit of their health benefits and much much more. So join me, as we tickle those taste buds.
